ORDERING INFORMATION
PAYMENT
Make payment securely with your credit card by PayPal using the shopping cart system. Click the "Add to Cart" button associated with each item you would like to purchase. When you are ready to check out, click on the "View Cart" button and you will see a list of your items. At that point you may remove items or choose to "Check Out."
In the "Notes" section of your PayPal payment, you may include any special instructions.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will automatically be added to Washington State buyer's purchases.SHIPPING
Orders are shipped twice a week unless you indicate that you need a rush on your pottery...in which case, we will try to accommodate you.
Prices in the table below are for shipments to street addresses only within the U.S. except for Alaska and Hawaii and insurance is included.
Most orders are shipped by FedEx Ground. Very small items may be shipped by Priority Mail.
For shipment outside of the U.S., to Hawaii or Alaska, an APO address or to a P.O. box, please contact us by e-mail for shipping price.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
Contact us immediately for instructions on processing the insurance claim.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the item and we'll send instructions. Returns must be unused and undamaged and retain the Ceramika Artystyczna sticker. The return package must be insured and properly packaged.
